JOB DESCRIPTION -Concession Manager :
We are recruiting a Concession Manager for our new Concession we are opening in Munich.
The aim of the concession manager is to maximise sales and profits by ensuring the company’s standards. He will make sure that Staff is all working towards the target for the day and that excellent customer care standards are met all the times Responsibilities :
• managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency;
• managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control according to Headquarter advise
• analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales;
• using information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning;
• dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as
• ensuring standards for quality& customer service
• responding to customer complaints and comments;
• organising special promotions, displays and events according to the Headquarter decision
• attending meetings in Paris, Headquarter
• updating Headquarter on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues;
• touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers identifying business opportunities, resolving urgent issues;
• maintaining awareness of market trends, monitoring what local competitors are doing;
• initiating changes to improve the business, e.g. revising opening hours to ensure the store can compete effectively in the local market;

SKILLS :
The candidate will need to show evidence of the following:
• effective leadership and the ability to motivate others;
• the ability to plan and priorities workloads and delegate accordingly;
• customer focus;
• the ability to multi-task
• shrewd business sense and a well-developed commercial awareness;
• a desire to work as part of a team to generate fresh and innovative ideas 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Up to 5 years in the same position
• German and English : fluent
• Arabic and/or French speaker would be appreciating
