European Sales Representative
Barker Shoes is a fine English Shoemaker since 1880. Barker Shoes have become much sought after by discerning customers. Both classic and casual styles are always in demand at prestigious stores around the world where the ‘English look’ is increasingly popular.
As a member of our Sales Representative team, your aim is to find new retailers (Menswear/Multi Brand Stores) to sell Barker branded collection to their stores.
Key tasks & Responsibilities
•To extensively travel – three weeks being in your territory (the area and names TBC), and one week will be based at our Head Office in Northamptonshire
•To research the market and find suitable potential customers
•To sell our products with enthusiasm and confidence
•To work to and achieve agreed sales and targets
•To keep up to date with product knowledge and be able to make recommendations
•To work as part of a team and demonstrate a positive attitude at all times
•To carry out, or assist with, any other duties in the area as deemed by management
The successful candidate will be extensively travelling in their territory given, and will visit ALL menswear stores/multi brand stores in the area. A clean driving license would be required.
This position will involve being able to able to cultivate strong relationships with our customers and new potential retailers.
