Luxe Talent is a recruitment consultancy dedicated exclusively to the fashion industry, luxury and retail. Our Client, an International Luxury brand, is looking for a Fashion Luxury sales advisor for their boutique in Berlin, Germany
- Deliver excellence in customer service in alignment with the company standards.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Use effective selling techniques to maximize the potential business of the boutique.
- Collect and update customer information to ensure an efficient use of CRM and Client Book.
- Cultivate customer relationships
- Keep stock info updated and follow store-to- store transfer request procedures
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the Boutique at the highest standard;
- Operate cash registers and close daily revenues
- Contribute to build team working sharing information and best practices.
- Previous solid Sales experience for Fashion &/or Luxury brands;
- Excellent communication and empathic skills;
- Goal oriented profile;
- Excellent team player;
- Native German and Fluent in English (a third language is a PLUS).
