Stellenbeschreibung

Responsible for working cross-functional with Shop Management, Email Marketing, Performance Marketing, Retail, KREA and IT to create and realize all 360°promotions and campaigns we are currently searching for a Junior Brand Marketing Manager (f/m) based in our office in Munich

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create and realize 360° campaigns that cater to the needs of the customer and reflect the mytheresa.com brand DNA
Create and implement all promotions, plan and update promotions calendar
Implement the yearly global campaign and promotions calendar and update the campaign and promotion plan: Develop campaign and promotions that are targeted to certain markets, customer groups, occasions, seasons etc. and operationally implement them
Closely monitor our key competitors
Responsible for the briefings to the teams across the organization
Responsible to deliver the assets to all teams involved
Drive actions from our weekly Net Promoter Score
Liaise closely with shop management, creative team, retail and merchandising, online marketing, PR, Social and IT
Analyze and evaluate the results and implement key learnings accordingly

Profil

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
 
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent (Masters preferred)
  • Minimum 1 years of work experience, preferred in the field of e-commerce and/or fashion luxury
  • Proven track record in the area of marketing, brand management, campaign planning
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Precise and analytical skills
  • Strong commercial and aesthetic understanding, an excellent sense of trends and luxury shopping behavior
  • Strong understanding of the customer needs
  • Enthusiastic, innovative, pragmatic and creative
  • Result-oriented, operational, strong organizational skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
