As Junior Customer Communication & Marketing Manager in Zalando Lounge, you'll be responsible for our marketing activity in France. This includes activation of our French user base and increasing customer loyalty. You will be working across different channels including email, push notifications, social media and onsite.



* You'll plan email marketing campaigns for France according to the regional relevance of brands and commercial concepts
* You'll work with HTML templates and co-operate with our graphic design department
* You'll be responsible for the quality management of the campaigns being sent
* You'll optimize content, frequency and the selection of target groups for your campaigns
* You'll be a part of national and international projects
* You'll analyze and evaluate the performance of your actions and have control over the different KPIs
* You'll create testing plans and execute them across the email channel
* You'll keep an eye on the development of the market and analyze our competitors
* You'll provide consistent communication for email, push notifications and onsite formats
* You'll support our Social Media Manager and Onsite Merchandiser with your knowledge of the French market (but will not be responsible for the execution of these channels)

* You have minimum 1 year experience in Digital Marketing/Communications or other related fields
* You are fluent in French and English. both languages are mandatory and we cannot consider candidates who do not speak both languages at an expert level
* You have good knowledge of the shopping club business model
* You're passionate about Fashion and E-commerce
* You have a high degree of self-motivation and responsibility and you're results and detail oriented
* You're proactive with a can-do attitude and happy to work independently as well as in a team
* You're interest in numbers and data
* Knowledge of HTML is considered a plus
* Experience with marketing automation tools is considered a big plus
