Do you want to be part of our successful Marketing team at Zalando? Could you actively help us in our international development? We are looking for a highly motivated employee to be part of our CRM team for Switzerland (FR), who will be responsible for Email Marketing and Mobile measures:

YOU ARE SETTING STANDARDS

Develop and Optimise: Your task would be to plan and prepare Email Marketing and Mobile campaigns for the French Swiss Market. On top of this you would have to monitor and report on Email and Mobile marketing performance and country trends, optimising your campaigns according to your report outcome. You will also develop the marketing channel by taking part in local and international projects.

Ownership and Analysis: You will have to take ownership of the tasks at hand, taking responsibility for Quality Assurance among all campaigns (email and mobile) along with the Push Notification Strategy. You shouldn't be afraid of testing and numbers as you will regularly carry out A/B tests, analysing and optimising the performance and strategy of each campaign.

YOUR SKILLS

Knowledge and Passion: You should be passionate about CRM and online marketing, rounding this off with at least 1 years experience in either of the following areas: CRM, Online Marketing, E-Commerce or Mobile Marketing. Ideally you will bring the theoretical knowledge from your completed a degree in Business, Marketing or Communication and you should have an affinity with the internet, fashion and online retail. MS office should not be a challenge for you especially Excel as this would be a common tool. Have experience in Html, great, this is also desired.

Purpose and Collaborator: Communication is key to any marketing role, so you should be comfortable with stakeholder management, being able to converse fluently in French and English. This should be both orally and written, if you have knowledge of the German language, this would also be a positive. You see yourself as a hands-on person who always finds simple, efficient solutions to challenges. On top of this, you should enjoy taking responsibility for your remit, be able to work independently and always keep your goal in mind.
