Stellenbeschreibung

Embedded into our TUMI Retail Strategy you will report matrixed into the TUMI Retail Executive and the German Local General Manager of Samsonite to drive the TUMI Success Story in Germany to the next level.

Germany has been one of the most established markets for TUMI in Europe and consists of Full Price Stores in Berlin, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Munich, additionally to our Outlet Stores in Wertheim und Ingolstadt, plus the Airport Store in Munich.

As the Regional Manager you will lead the TUMI Stores with high expectations towards the admired Customer Experience of our Premium Product Range.

You will lead our Store Managers and their Sales Teams with your knowledge and passion for Retail and in line with the Team Spirit of our Brand which makes TUMI what it is today.

•Supervise Region with eight Stores and mediate between Head office and Sales Floor
•Responsible for Profit & Loss, Turnover and Costs of your Region
•Drive, manage and analyze your stores with KPIs
•Stay in Touch with your Teams, Motivate and Coach them to Excellent Performance
•Protect the Brand, Follow the Sales Orientated VM
•Process Improvement on Store Organizations
•Manage Employee Base, Recruiting, Costs Management and Talent Management
•Work as part of the European TUMI Retail Team in exchange with your peers and back-of-the-House

  • Proven Success Story in leading Retail Stores (Full Price, Outlet, Travel Retail)
  • Experience in caring the responsibility for Profit and Loss, owning your Sales Numbers

  • Business English and German necessary

The Position is located in the Dusseldorf/Cologne Area, alternatively in Frankfurt/Main
