To support our international Styling Team we are currently searching for a full-time employee as Senior Production Coordinator (f/m) based in our office in Kirchheim-Heimstetten (close to Munich).
- Assisting the Teamleader Styling with the daily photo production: manage team resources, define priorities and schedule accordingly
- Monitoring and checking ongoing photo production throughout the Styling department
- Improving daily and digital workflows
- Drive internal and external projects
- Collaborating with cross-functional departments to meet project requirements
-Creative mind with excellent organizational and structural skills as well as commercial awareness
-Understanding of digital photography, production studio pace and efficiency
-Strong communication skills and excellent ability to work with a wide variety of people
-Flexibility and patience with the ability to accommodate last minute additions to schedules and changes in direction
-Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented and meticulous
-Must be a self-starter and able to work both independently and follow direction
-First experience in Project Management
-Excellent German- and/or English skills
-Working computer skills required (MS-Office)
