Whilst we continue to grow and scale the brand, we’re on the lookout for a Teamlead Brand Marketing and Clienteling (f/m) to help us to further develop the Brand Marketing function and the best in class VIC program. You will be responsible for managing our global projects & brand initiatives, to build engaging campaigns & experiences for our customer and target audiences.You will form part of a larger Marketing function dedicated to growing the awareness of the This truly is an exciting opportunity for a marketer to be at the forefront of a growing international e-commerce business.


- Drive the development, ideation and strategic thinking of best-in-class marketing solutions and creative concepts in terms of brand collaborations, promotions, seasonal campaigns
- Responsible for the overall campaign planning liaising with all responsible teams internally
- Responsible for developing the careers of your growing team of direct reports
- Align with the global and local seasonal marketing calendar
- Identify and assess ongoing marketing opportunities as they arise
- Collaborate with the key departments to identify new opportunities and perception gaps to tackle with brand projects and to drive brand equity & awareness globally
- Conduct relevant reporting activities to measure the efficiency and commercial success of campaigns across all teams
- Collaborate with key brands and successfully implement brand collaboration campaigns
- Plan to drive marketing initiatives that target key perception challenges with the brand globally & locally
- Lead the VIC top customer projects to drive top customer growth including VIC event planning
- Collaborate closely with the personal shopping team on the clienteling initiatives
- Responsible for the marketing program in our store in Munich
- Manage budgets and costs within agreed measures



- Experience in building best in class and original cross-platform digital marketing programs for at least 5 years in a luxury fashion brand environment and / or e-commerce
- Masters degree or equivalent
 -Strong leadership and collaboration skills as well as first experience in managing direct reports
- Strong communication skills
- Result-oriented and operational – hands on mentality
- Ideally international marketing experience
- Good time management and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proven ability to build favorable relationships internally and externally
- Fluent in written and spoken English
