We are looking for you as a
Visual Merchandising Manager Directives (m/f) as substitution during parental leave
to support our team.
Find out more about your tasks:
•Adapt global store and VM concept to reality in order to create accurate VM directives for all marketing types globally (Retail, PSS, SIS, Counters and Outlet) under consideration of store sizes, assortment/climate variations
•Execute in line with global standards (Architecture, VM Creative, MM)
•Customize directives based on local market needs: Develop visual merchandising directives and guidelines to allow VM execution & implementation as easy as possible to an uniformly high standard
•Oversee and conduct VM photo shoots and VM guideline layout process to ensure consistent guidelines and right timing
•Consistently develop and elevate brand consistent & commercial visual merchandising principles
•Communication to the local market for all relevant VM directive topics
• Research, training & test Architecture & VM concepts
•Provide input and feedback to the creative VM team to consistently enhance the VM standards
•Conduct analysis and test regarding new creative VM and Architecture concepts before roll-out and to consistently elevate existing VM tools and methods
•Development of effective visual merchandising training tools
•Regular store visits to support implementation & execution for guidelines,getting feedback and organizing trainings (if applicable)
•Conduct store visits and provide feedback and recommendations to the markets and to cross-functional teams as VM creative in headquarters
•Support new store openings to ensure that the visual merchandising principles are adhered and to train staff (if applicable)
•Travel to markets to research and shop the competition
•Visual merchandising / design training combined with advanced occupational training and with wide professional experience in a comparable position
•Experience in merchandising
•Experience with various presentation techniques
•Proficient command of English
•Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign user knowledge
•Ability to understand and grasp concepts
•Feeling for fashion and trends
•Feeling for product presentation
