- Support system implementation and migration projects with end-to-end changeover management as well as identifying specific tasks for the cutover from legacy to new systems
- Support the promotion of industry standards and harmonized processes
- Prepare technical change within the organisation and support stakeholders with technical change management
- Deliver projects results in time, quality and cost including change definition and testing
- Build efficient collaboration with operational project stakeholders in business and IT

- University degree in Business Informatics, Administration, Engineering or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in the area of project management, process management or consulting
- Experience in process definition and harmonization, linked with knowledge about required coordination and communication between business, functional units and IT
- Good understanding of interdependencies within the retail supply chain (ideally background in fashion/apparel supply chain)
- Above average communication skills allowing effective cross-functional working relationships with a variety of stakeholders including senior executives
