- Work in a transformation project to define, test and implement new Omnichannel Selling Processes combined with a modern System Infrastructure, being the overall process owner (m/f/d) on all Omnichannel Selling related Supply Chain Processes.
- Promote industry standards and harmonized processes by conveying associated benefits.
- Execute Business Process Development, Management and Analysis in the Omnichannel Selling area for Europe.
- Support system implementation including preparing the organisation and supporting change management.
- Build efficient collaboration with operational project stakeholders in Business and IT.

- University degree in Business Administration or Engineering or more than 5 years of professional experience in the area of Omnichannel Selling.
- A good understanding of and experience with Omnichannel Selling Processes in Stores, and of major parts of the Retail Supply Chain - ideally Fashion/Apparel Supply Chain.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or similar tools to display processes.
- Openness to do process definition and harmonization all over Europe, linked with knowledge about required coordination and communication between business, functional units and IT.
