- Provide eCommerce business analysis to eCom Management team and PUMA senior management, across channels and marketplaces (, Amazon, eBay, Zalando, etc.)
- Become key partner to Marketing, Website and Operations teams, and ensure to establish a fact-based decision process aiming at increasing revenue and reducing costs
- Be the engine of conversion based decisions that drive traffic and sales, and find a way to execute brand initiatives with commercial impact
- Develop and validate eCommerce business performance tracking, give proactive and targeted recommendations to eCommerce Management
- Determine and propose new business actions (campaigns, expansions, new services, etc.) to the eCom Management team and support the implementation continuously
- Define and monitor business KPIs focusing on goals for traffic, revenue, margin and ROI, support and improve the execution process
- Establish standardized reports & insights, across the eCom teams to streamline analysis and processes with clear connections, causes and solutions


- Bachelor´s degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant area
- 1-2 years of professional experience with B2C eCommerce or Retail
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Profound analytical skills are a must for this position
- Acknowledgement of customers' demands and focus on user experience
- Must be flexible and able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
