- Organize and coordinate project related Learning and Development Activities, a.o. identify training needs, develop training concepts, align with target audience, scheduling trainings and ensure continuous improvement
- Ensure training effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and performance
- Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding training development
- Support and coordinate local in-house training facilities, equipment and virtual training session (with local representatives in countries)

- Academic degree (University, FH/college) and Professional experience of minimum 3 years in Training Organization/Event Management or University degree with special expertise in Training relevant/related Areas
- Understanding of the most important business processes in textile retail as well as the functional end to end supply chain processes would be of advantage
- "Stay cool mentality" in a fast pace and challenging project environment
- Strong interpersonal and "team player" capabilities to manage diverse stakeholders
- Profound organizational skills and "hands on" mentality
