Digital Key Account Manager (M/W/D)

Brand led, consumer obsessed & product driven with strategic and account management responsibility for our digital customers in Central Europe. You will develop and deliver tactical and strategic market plans for our Levi's® and Dockers business with passion and excellence, while achieving weekly KPI's. Ultimately, you'll deliver a premium brand experience to surprise and delight our customers & consumers.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and execute long term strategic business plans for each .com account to grow the Net revenues and the profitability and to ensure the Brand positioning and assortment segmentation strategies. Plans will include doors development, space and location optimization, assortment segmentation, marketing initiatives, T&C in support with the Sales Manager Digital & B&C
- Execute seasonally and yearly the plans
- Hold regular meetings with the KA to monitor results, progress and update strategies and actions. Lead the conversations on T&C to grow the business top and bottom line in support with the Sales Manager .com
- Collect and analyse regularly account's sell out data, stock coverage, sell in data. Propose decisions to the Sales Manager .com and to the accounts based on a strong business knowledge. Collect and leverage market information and stay always on top of the game to identify opportunities and risks and take prompt decisions. Proactively look and implement the best practices in place in across the accounts
- Support the forecasting process in collaboration with the planning team by giving clear strategic directions and growth opportunities derived from sell-in to sell-out methodology
- Prepare in collaboration with merchandise team and lead the sell in sessions to achieve revenue targets and profitability target; optimize pre-bookings and order book conversion
- Identify & deliver opportunities to achieve sell out and sell in increase through assortment management
- Identify & deliver opportunities to achieve sell out and sell in thru distribution or product categories with existing accounts.
- Maintain distribution in compliance of LRN (Levi's Retail Network) & T&Cs including our minimum order requirements with guidance of the Sales Manager .com. Ensure proper contractual agreements are in place and diligently updated
- Partner cross-functional partnerships to ensure that product, marketing, finance, credit management operations, VM align & deliver performance and a premium brand experience across all .com Key accounts as well as for the Brick & Click accounts , all of the time
- Drive e-com standards to ensure presence features only current assets, and overall brand presentation is in line with LRN criteria's
- Support the Sales Manager Digital & B&C to execute and implement a Brick & Click StrategyRequirements include:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in comparable position in wholesales, preferably in an apparel company
- University degree from related departments
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities, working well under pressure
- Strong customer relations and negotiation skills
- Collaborative and creative individual with problem solving orientation
- Influence change and entrepreneurial approach
- Strong interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and German, French is an advantage
- Willingness to work within flexible working hours if required and high degree of willingness to travel
- Advanced user of MS Office applications, especially Excel
