Stellenbeschreibung

Drive, lead and enable the HR Distribution Center evolution to create a globally consistent and scalable HR experience for our DC employees worldwide in line with the enhanced focus under the new People Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Assess the current status quo of existing HR processes/practices/experiences across all markets
- Develop and lead a DC HR network to represent the people needs for DCs across markets
- Identify best practices (for newly built-up DC's as well as already existing ones) and leverage these across the DC's in the different regions
- Develop and implement a career framework and other relevant HR toolkits for DC employees
Standardize HR (priority) processes and employee experiences
- Manage consistent execution of core HR Processes in full compliance with adidas policies, legal and regulatory boundaries across DCs worldwide
- Use data, analytics and dashboards to shape organizational strategy for DC employees, including internal employees as well as data points for external workforce in DCs
- Ensure a global HR Reporting for DCs worldwide in close cooperation with controlling and global partners. Anticipating people trends/trend forecasting for target audience
- Evolve/Translate HR processes and priorities according to the new People Strategy across all markets
- Drive and execute the People Strategy focusing on the areas of strategic importance for DCs globally by acting as interface between HR Expert Teams and the Business
- Highlight DC business priorities to Rewards, Talent and Strategy Office to ensure needs and requirements are embedded in new initiatives, programs and systems
- Maintain a high level of communication with Management (within HR and Global SCM) and contribute to the decision-making process of structuring and developing the DC employees for the future. Actively support business initiatives and business needs with effective HR measures and promote positive employee relations in the work environment
- Identify and build skills and capabilities for DC employees against strategic initiatives, lead strategic workforce planning process and create roadmap for capability assessment
- Introduce outside-in HR DC practices and external benchmarks across the industry to identify and implement best in class/future trends/cloud solutions for DCs/leading DC companies

Requisite Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Admin/Mgmt, or related field highly preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years progressive HR experience with a multinational company with ownership/exposure to HR Management, Rewards, and/or Talent functions working specifically with white and blue-collar employees
- International experience and mindset
- Lived and worked abroad (preferably)
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

- Business Capabilities: Commercial Awareness, business acumen, customer focus, aligning business & HR strategy, knowledge of the value chain and key processes to use and impact on the people outcome and strategy especially for Distribution Centers
- Consulting Capabilities: Brokering solutions to meet business needs, ability to identify, shape and influence Global HR solutions in a creative way. Trusted advisor, impact & influence, facilitation & coaching, project delivery, leadership development, team development. External supplier partnership
- Strategic, innovative thinker with confidence and speed in execution
- A leader with excellent management and influencing skills
- Articulate and clear in written and verbal communication. Engaging presentations to large groups and teams. Provides ideas and thought leadership on people topics
- Confident, Creative and Collaborative and role models this within the team, coaching others around it across the team
- Presentation and facilitation skills to all employees including senior management
- Drives change processes through an inspirational leadership style and excellent change management expertise
- Ability to derive specific goals for area of responsibility from the overall vision/strategy, taking into account the relevant business KPI's
- Excellent convincing and influencing skills. Deals effectively with difficult situations, negotiates persuasively, has a clear opinion and conveys ideas to the point. Initiates and develops important relationships based on trust and credibility
- Proven strategic HR business partner, who supported partners and contributed to the further development of standard/global HR tools and programs
- Fluent in English, ideally in other languages
