- You will own the creative directions for C&A - ensures consistency of our look and feel as well as tone of voice across campaigns, touchpoints and Divisions
- Further develops our creative guidelines
- Creative Lead for our Campaigns, including campaign development, briefing & production - for omnichannel campaigns including TV, print, digital, windows and in-store
- Coaching of our creative colleagues across all areas to improve the quality and consistency of our creative output
- Drives in particular the step-up of our look and feel in the digital and e-com channels
- Establishes a continuous line of focus with strong emphasis on sustainability throughout all communication and translates it into an emotional basis for building and strengthening the C&A brand


- At least 10 years' experience in creative directions in the fashion industry
- Experience with big number of pan European omnichannel campaigns all developed in parallel: TV, print, digital, windows and in-store
- Very good understanding of European fashion market, brands and trends
- Excellent creative skills and strong leadership skills
- Good self-organization, time management and work structuring skills to deliver to deadlines
- Positive forward-looking mind-set and attitude
- Fluent in English, fluent in one more language would be a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) skills
