Your responsibilities
- You lead, control and develop the go-to-market / trading team and the content team
- You are responsible for the data-driven on-site marketing. You will define and implement marketing topics and the forms of communication (on-site, newsletter, live shopping). Always based on the KPIs
- The best-in-class product presentation is your responsibility. This includes, for example, the development and implementation of the best possible and individualized product presentation
- You and your team are responsible for newsletter marketing in close coordination with the CRM team
- You work closely with different stakeholders and you act as an interface to other departments such as Brand, CRM, Product and Technology Department
- You are the inspiration driver for the permanent further development of the ESPRIT online shops
- You are responsible for the design of the online shop in accordance with the brand (CI / CD) and for the (further) development of the communication channel. Within this task your focus is always on inspiration, entertainment and KPIs
- You control various service providers such as CMS partner, external content management team, design agency
Your skills
- You have a degree (business studies with a focus on marketing, business informatics, etc.) combined with several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- You have in-depth knowledge in the field of (fashion) e-commerce, budget management and agency / service provider control and have already gained several years of experience in these areas
- You enjoy building teams, developing employees and making your team successful
- You have very good knowledge of data driven newsletter marketing and on-site marketing
- You have extensive experience in A / B testing and personalization
- You are confident in using tracking tools (e.g. Adobe) and analysis tools (e.g. Power BI)
- You have a data driven growth mindset, a hands-on mentality and you are passionate about driving the business forward
- Your structured, analytical and organized way of working differentiates you from others
- Communication in German and English is not a challenge for you
