We are looking for
Head of HR Operations (m/f/d)
to support our Team. (ID 13902)
Your responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop the Senior HR Business Partner Team, Recruitment Team and Administrative Services Team and establish an agile work environment between the teams
- Ensuring a seamless workflow between the hiring & onboarding of an employee during the entire employment period from entry to exit
- Strategic partner of the leadership team in shaping the organizational culture to support the achievement of business goals and objectives
- Being the trusted, professional contact person for the Headquarters´ management team members and line managers concerning their employees
- Strategic and operational HR Management in the Headquarters and Retail Organization
- Assist in the concept and implementation of operational, organisational and structural measures regarding change management
- Oversee recruitment, contract management and onboarding topics and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Ensure Esprit's positioning as best inclass employer with an outstanding employer branding
- Generate insides regarding local and global projects e.g. new work, performance rating
- Ensure proper HR processes and digitalization to manage the regular standardized HR topics related to budgeting, planning, and works council
- Development of standards and policies for contracts, compensation models, announcements, expat packages and relocations
- Close cooperation with central interface departments in the HR area such as Compensation and Benefits
Qualification profile
- University degree in Economics or comparable area
- At least 6 years of relevant professional experience
- German & English fluent
- Experiences in Change Management and agile work methods
- Experiences in the personnel support of Retail and Wholesale teams would be an advantage
- Great persuasiveness, negotiating skills, strong analytical abilities
