- Management and ownership of brand's social media channels and community management team
- Oversee and guide social media strategy for the brand in partnership with content team and provide guidance to regions/markets from a channel standpoint
- Work hand in hand with creative content team to ensure creative is made with channels and consumer in mind
- Oversee global media agency relationship and work closely with regional and market colleagues to facilitate local level media strategy and execution
- Driver of brand digital marketing and paid media innovation on a global basis
- Champion full funnel communications planning for key milestone meetings in the go-to-market process working hand-in-hand with business unit teams
- Oversee integrated communications planning for key brand and product campaigns inclusive of messaging, hierarchy planning, embargo planning, content guidance, etc.
- Serve as the global point person to bring together key regional stakeholders to facilitate global consistency
- Serve as facilitator of briefs to internal creative team across channel to ensure full funnel campaign planning and ensures that all consumer channels are consulted and accounted for
- Owner of International Marketing Meeting/ GTM milestone in partnership with regional and business unit integrated marketing teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communication (or related field)
- Must have 12+ years of marketing experience ideally in the retail and/or sports industry
- Should have an international/global mindset
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Must be highly collaborative and have the ability to work within a cross-functional matrixed global organization
- International travel up to 25% annually.
