WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for an HR Manager for our Key City Berlin,
As the HRM Berlin you will provide end to end partnership, human resource expertise and consulting to the City Leader, other functional eaders & line managers in Berlin & other countries within their remit, in order to maximise team effectiveness, help activate the organisation for growth and humanise the brand for our teams
In this role you will work closely with key partners within HR and the other Enabling Functions at Nike to understand the business priorities and deliver a full spectrum of HR programs and services to build commitment, capability, and overall engagement among individuals and teams.
You'll work with HR Business Partners and Center of Excellence (COE) partners to gather employee and marketplace insights, data, and trends, which you will use to drive solutions and actions contributing to organizational health and the achievement of business objectives. You will utilize a variety of methods to ensure you have a strong presence in the function yielding an "insider's" pulse on strengths, opportunities, and the overall health of the function.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this is you, you will:
- Partners with City Leader and Key City HRBP to land & contextualise the nike people strategy & initiatives for berlin, austria & other germany-based wholesale teams
- Partners with functional HRBPs & leaders in-city on any bespoke functional or MPU-based people initiatives
- Partners with Key City HRBP, leaders & centres of excellence on all required cross-city & EMEA people projects and initiatives
- Contributes to & supports HR Transformation through effective partnership across MPUs, Nike Direct, Converse, and other entities positioned in the city
- Coaches & develops managers to expand their people management capabilities and practices
- Supports employee engagement through sending & listening. Partners with managers / leaders to address opportunities to drive overall engagement
- Represents HR for any local processes including Works Council partnering, legal, crisis management, regulatory and other scenarios
- Operationalizes key HR processes and initiatives e.g. pay reviews, performance management, workforce planning
- Partners with HR Core Operations & Services and other centers of excellence (e.g. Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards) drives a focus through all practices and initiatives on a diverse and inclusive culture
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report to the HR Business Partner Key Cities, and will collaborating with Berlin City Leader, functional HR Business Partners and HR Managers, HR Center of Excellence partners, both in EMEA and at Global. You'll work with HR teams to capture employee and marketplace insights, data, and trends, which you will use to drive solutions and actions that promote organizational health and the achievement of strategic objectives. You'll work closely with leaders in the business priorities and deliver a full spectrum of HR programs and services to build commitment, capability, and overall engagement among individuals and teams.

Profil

WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience across HR specialization areas.
- Experience leading or partnering with Org Design/Org Effectiveness, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Training and Development, Change Management.
- Experience with HR metrics and data analyses to storytell and provide decision support.
- Experience working with partners to develop, implement, leverage, and monitor HR programs, initiatives, systems, policies, and procedures
- Team player, able to demonstrate exceptional people skills, and managing multiple stakeholders at different levels.
- Ability to establish business credibility; trusted advisor/consultant who creates consensus, influences change and moves others toward a common goal.
- Strong ability to instill trust, embrace and lead change in an ambiguous environment.
