For our Distribution Center in Unna, Germany, we are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator (m/f/d) in a full-time role who is responsible for the operational HR guidance, support and partnership within Germany. The remit has around 160 employees representing Warehouse, Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT and Retail/Wholesale teams spread across 15 locations.

Your Responsibilities:

•Supporting management and employees on all inquiries related to HR topics
•Issuing contracts of employment, amendments and any other changes that need to be formalized
•Recruitment activities such as posting job advertisements, pre-selection of applicants and applicant management
•Legal monitoring by ensuring that the company meets legal regulations at all times
•Supporting Payroll activities by providing all necessary information in time
•Coordination of the annual performance review process
•HR reporting activities


  • Three to five years of experience in HR Administration
  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of employment law in Germany
  • Experience in managing both blue (warehouse) and white collars
  • Retail experience is a plus
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Self-starter with a high sense of autonomy
  • Resilient, committed and hands-on
  • Proactive approach, capable of taking initiative
  • Customer-orientated approach and strong interpersonal skills
