HR Manager Germany Cluster - to be based in Munich, Germany. Tiffany&Co. have an exciting opportunity for an established HR Manager, to be based in Munich and to partner all Colleagues throughout our Germany Cluster (Market), including Austria, Denmark and Czech Republic. The Human Resources Manager supports the Retail Market in all HR disciplines - managing the daily operations of German HR team and works in partnership with HR Specialists globally to ensure results. You will be supported by and have interaction with our European HR Team and Global Markets colleagues, including New York. Responsibilities :
This role will lead our wonderful Germany Cluster HR Team in developing and promoting HR strategies & initiatives to further the strategic goals of the business. You will partner with your Clients, internal and external stakeholders, in order to understand the business strategies, analyze business needs, and make recommendations & decisions in partnership - and this can be across multiple geographies with internationally matrixed business and functional relationships. Key stakeholders include Retail, Finance and Managing Directors and all our colleagues in our beautiful Boutiques. Profil

Human Resources certification or advanced degree with global elements - Proven experience in Retail or Consumer products or Service industry - multiple strategic cycles- Appreciation and understanding of Luxury Retail and Service - People and Culture- Experience in providing HR support, internationally and Germany/Austria market - Exposure to International matrixed relationships - strong consultative service and influencing skills - Leadership & people management skills/trainings for business results - establishing & maintaining relationships at all levels- Excellent interpersonal, communication, follow-up, problem-solving & creative thinking skills- General business acumen & analytical skills- Well organised; detail oriented; self starter; strong initiative; composure (volume & timelines)- Ability to work independently and with multiple tasks simultaneously- Drive for achievement, flexible & adaptable - Diplomacy & strict confidentiality as with all HR positions- Proficiency IT skills in MS Office & HRIS- Business level English and German language, both written and verbal, is essential
