The Key Account Manager Germany and CEE will manage a profitable and sustainable Onitsuka Tiger business by driving healthy market share growth through advanced strategic Business Plans. Key to this role is to manage and drive the business analysis and business planning. You work in close cooperation with a cross-functional team in Europe that are supporting to create brand heat at assigned accounts and best-in-class consumer activation plans.
Key responsibilities will be:
- Manage and drive the business of Onitsuka Tiger in Germany and CEE countries with an assigned customer portfolio
- Manage Zalando Marketplace business with the support of the central Ecom team
- Ensure achievement of all commercial KPIs trough implementation of Sales strategy and all policies provided by Senior Commercial Leader
- Ensure development of the business strategies by account and Seasonal Account Plans signed-off by the Senior Commercial Leader
- Create account vision, seasonal pitch scenarios as well as marketing and sales concepts to drive sell-in and sell-out
- Lead sell-in meetings, create seasonal product assortments and go-to-market plans
- Manage and drive business analysis and business planning
- Monitor and report on customer and competitor activity and propose/initiate/take actions
- Ensure continuous monitoring of the order book and sell-out
- Ensure customer compliance with Onitsuka Tiger's contracts, terms and policies
- Represent accounts internally as ambassador towards sales and marketing communities on global and local level
Key to success:
- Min 5 years relevant work experience (Sales, Key Account Management)
- University degree or equivalent preferably in Business, International Management, Marketing and/or Sales
- Industry experience preferably in Premium Fashion
- Experience with relevant digital marketplaces a plus
- Well-rounded Sales expertise and project management skillset, on top ideally Marketing, Operations, Financial
- Ability to analyse data in order to develop and implement business strategies
- Advanced in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in German & English mandatory, any other languages appreciated
