- Optimize the communication stream, data management and access to/for the relevant parties through various IT systems and tools and operate as a point of contact
- Stay up-to-date with business performance across all product categories, retail and wholesale as well as regions and key countries to be able to proactively present / share information with global partners and analysis data
- In coordination with Global Merchandising and the BU’s set seasonal KPI targets and track the defined targets
- Use consumer and geographical insight to influence the regional and area assortments by supporting Global Merchandising to build and drive minimum assortments
- Create an understanding of best practices across the regions/product divisions to ensure efficient leveraging of major product initiatives globally and regionally
- Manage and update required merchandising reports to assist global as well as regional merchandising managers in decision-making
- Support the Global Head of Merchandising on various activities which are crucial for the team’s success.

- University degree in Business Administration, Sports Management or comparable degree
- First work experience in International Merchandising and/or Product Management for international brands
- Excellent knowledge in terms of product (Footwear) as well as process in sport-lifestyle and fashion industry
- Strong business orientation and analytical aptitude
- Flexible, solution-oriented, skilled communicator and relationship builder
- Fluent English skills
- Full proficiency in MS-Office.
