- Assembling, cataloguing, preserving and managing the valuable products and collections of PUMA’s unique sports history
- Evaluate, select, retrieve and arrange historical products in PUMA’s Archive
- Store, preserve and digitalize PUMA perishable footwear, apparel, accessories, catalogues, advertisement materials from the company’s 70-year history
- Answer all enquiries, including media, that relate to the PUMA Archive, its products, athletes and historical moments
- Create media materials and press kits for all Archive-related topics to promote PUMA’s unique sports history publicly
- Be responsible for organising publicity events such as talks and exhibitions
- Make the PUMA Archive accessible to a wide range of users
- Build strong media relations and develop an extensive network, act as a PUMA representative at relevant events
- Organize and manage photo shoots.


- University degree in history, communications, media studies, liberal Arts or similar
- 3-5 years of professional experience in Project Management, Communications or in a Corporate Archive
- High affinity to historical topics
- Excellent command of spoken and written German and English language skills required
- Ability to carry out independent research
- Excellent administrative skills, IT-literate
- Methodical, logical and organized working style
- Forward-thinking, with an ability to anticipate and prepare for changing uses of archived information
- Flexible team player with a hands-on mentality that likes to take on responsibility
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
