Your responsibilities:
- Creation of concepts and implementation of new or changes of existing Workflows, processes, reports and tools through projects or change requests
- Working in projects or running projects in the area of responsibility taking the partial or full leadership of the respective project
- Analysis of requirements and definition and visualisations of possible solution in alignment with users, IT collegues and management
- Development and execution of test cases based on process scenarios and use cases
- Design, Documentation and realisation of solutions based on IT-standards
- Supporting business areas during creation of structured business requirements with regard to quality, completeness and procedural consistency
- Planning and performing workshops to develop and review professional and technical requirements with regard to sustainability, integrative consistency and clarification of operational responsibilities
- Management of external service providers and support or conduct of negotiations
- Execution of individual orders, which essentially belong to the main purpose of the position, or result from operational necessity, as instructed by the superior
- Responsible for the transfer of new solutions into operation
- Creation of presentations, specifications, documentation, training concepts and training materials
- Planning, development and implementation of end-user training
Your skills:
- Studied computer science / business informatics
- IT university degree with focus on business administration
- University degree in natural sciences
- A comparable degree in another field combined with many years of professional experience in the area of responsibility described
- broad in depth understanding in the respective areas of responsibility:
- Workflow and collaboration processes; general E2E business processes in the retail industry
- knowledge of IT project methodologies
- knowledge of IT service processes
- knowledge in software development with regard to tool based business workflows
- Good command of written and spoken German and English
- SAP Business Workflows
- SAP PO / SAP BPM and Web Dynpro for Java
- basic knowledge on SAP SD/MM
- JAVA / JEE programming
- basic knowledge on SAP SD/MM
- basic knowledge on ABAP programming
- Microsoft Office - Microsoft Teams, Trello and other collaboration tools
- Ability to understand and grasp concepts
- Well-developed analytical ability
