Sales Manager (m/f/d) Northern Europe

Profil

Your tasks:
In line with the brand long term strategy, the Sales Manager is responsible to develop sales and distribution of Roger Dubuis in Northern Europe. The Sales Manager is responsible for proposing and implementing strategy, and ensures that wholesale, marketing, communication, operations are at the level required to grow the brand presence in the region. The Sales Manager informs and is strong in proposing new disruptive ideas to develop and sustain the business in the region.
 
  • Propose and implement commercial (retail and wholesale) strategy, to achieve annual sales and profit objectives
  • Establish and implement Marketing & Communication strategy and its budget, to promote the Brand
  • Propose and implement annual budget
  • Manage the operations processes
  • Manage brand staff in the region
  • Provide and implement new ideas and ways to operate and to develop the business model in the region
  • Follow up with Richemont business partner functions as required (Finance, HR, IT, etc.)

Your qualifications:
  • Educated to degree level
  • Solid background and several years’ relevant experience in luxury industries: Cosmetics, Fashion, Watches, Jewelry, Cars, Art
  • Strong achiever & solid business acumen
  • Curious, creative & entrepreneurial mindset
  • Empathy & networking capable
  • Strategic thinking & strong negotiation skills
  • Solution oriented and pragmatic
  • You ideally already know the market (in Germany, Austria, Eastern Europe)
  • Solid experience in business development
  • Fluent German and English language skills
