Your responsibilities:

· Trainings on the job for all Store Manager, as well as Sales Manager in the BeNeLux region
· Close Connection with all relevant stakeholders in Northern Europe, incl. all Regional Sales Managers and Directors
· Preparation and roll out of classroom trainings
· Planning and support for quarterly Store Manager-Meetings within the BeNeLux region
· Adaption and local implementation of new EMEA consistent training tools
· Managing our online training system (employee self services, translations, new campaigns, etc.)


What you offer:

· Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in retail environment, in a similar role
· Passion about travels within the BeNeLux region on a high volume
· You like dynamic and growing environments and always act solution-orientated
· Working independently but in a team is mandatory for you
· Technical skills for Microsoft based, but also other relevant systems
· Accreditation for a Trainer / Coach license
· Fluent skills in English, Dutch and French language, German advantageous
· You are based in either Germany, Belgium or the Netherlands
