Vorstellung des Unternehmens
- Collaborate with the BU team to identify key seasonal stories, and lead the communication planning for Sell In/Sell through presentations (coordinate with Global, BU and Regional teams)
- Writes the Product Launch Framework for all Key Sportstyle initiatives
- Leads the development of the product launch framework, including all phases of the product roll out - from leak, tease, seed to product launch and sustain phases
- Defines launch framework with a digital first mindset - focusing on digital selling and communications channels
- Serve as the BU liaison to the Global and regional communication functions for strategy alignment and roll out
- Tracks the regionalization of launch plans and product roll out, and ensures transparency and visibility to all stakeholders.
- 8 plus years of experience in a Marketing / Communication role, ideally 3 years in a core strategic communication role
- Digital first mindset
- Advertising or agency experience a plus
- Experience working in a matrix organization strongly preferred
- Ability to influence without direct authority, collaborate and negotiate with internal customers
- Strong presentation and business acumen skills required
- Proven skills in Excel, Powerpoint, budget management
- Experience in working with consumer facing products, in the sports industry a plus
- Bachelor in Business or Marketing / Communications, MBA preferred in a core strategic communication role.
