- Optimize the check-out experience to ensure a superior customer journey and a high conversion rate
- Identify and evaluate new payment trends and services to satisfy today’s and tomorrow’s customer expectations
- Develop anti-fraud strategies with 3rd party vendors to maintain low fraud levels and a satisfying customer experience
- Proactively monitor payment performance and fraud levels to discover irregularities or needs for different markets
- Specify business requirements for new features to brief internal and external developers
- Manage the testing of new functionalities in front and backend systems; Provide detailed test scenarios and feedback
- Ensure a smooth order flow through all operations systems and interfaces – from order placement to fulfilment in the eCom warehouse
- Align with PUMA Finance, IT and SAP Teams to ensure efficient payment and ERP processes
- Constant optimization of existing working structures and processes

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics or similar field
-  3-5 years of relevant working experience in eCommerce, logistics or related areas
- Experience in coordinating and monitoring internal and external service providers and resources
- Proven experience in managing cross functional projects
- Ability to effectively prioritize various tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to take own initiatives and work independently on assigned tasks with little guidance as well as accept direction on given assignments
- Capability to confidently represent business interests towards internal and external parties
- Profound analytical skills and ability to work with details; Microsoft Excel is essential
- Fluent in German and English
