- Producer for any campaign and creative asset needs within the Teamsport Business Unit
- Manage the marketing budget for productions within the Teamsport Business Unit
- Manage the Teamsport creative department project workflow including project prioritization, resource allocations, and project timelines/deadlines to ensure all projects are delivered on-time
- Primary day-to-day contact with Creative, Creative Planning, Commercial and Consumer channel team members, and the PUMA Production and Studio teams
- Refine and establish best practice creative workflow and processes across all marketing channels
- Lead status meetings with creative and production teams
- Identify project life cycles and schedules, to develop and continually manage project timelines
- Effectively coordinate tasks within creative team for each project
- Manage internal and external (as needed) creative reviews and approvals
- Obtain and effectively communicate project status and next steps, in alignment with project plan and timeline
- Proactively identify and develop solutions for specific process issues or potential road blocks as they arise.

- University degree in Business Administration and/or relevant field of study
- Professional experience as a production manager or project manager in relevant marketing or advertising/creative agency
- Strong knowledge of and passion for sports, with a particular interest in Football (Soccer) preferred
- Strong knowledge of production and campaign development process in both photo and video production
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects on challenging timelines
- Strong negotiation skills, detail oriented, resourceful, self-motivated, self-confident and pro-active with international/global mindset
- Fluency in English, further language skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel.
