Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The Sales Development team develops best-in-class and future oriented tools, processes, policies and guidance to enable the markets to achieve operational excellence and commercial success. As part of the Sales Development team you will act as reliable, supportive and visionary partner for all markets globally as well as the Global Sales/ Wholesale Senior Leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- It is the overarching goal to move the adidas Group to a much more consistent, standardized and automated operating model with solid governance and architecture
- In this role you will closely collaborate with GBS - Order to Cash (O2C) stream, SCM Product owners, DSS, IT and markets to design and implement end to end processes, services & solutions for Sales and Customer Service
- Represent the markets and Global Wholesale as a Global Sales and Customer service subject matter expert in global standardization, digitalization and ERP projects and provide process competency
- Analyze, develop new and adjust existing end to end processes/ services, standards or operational plans, and ensure alignment between all stakeholders
- Consult the global SAP roll-out team and market organizations on Sales and Customer Service related processes
- Execute the Global WHS strategy and give guidance to other stakeholders on strategic direction
- Run commercial assessments of markets, identify best-practice and propose global process solutions
- Support the definition and implementation of global standard service levels and the roll-outs and development of Digital WHS tools and related initiatives in order to achieve defined objectives and consult markets on business processes & compliance
- Develop and implement process standardization, harmonization and automation and drive process improvements
- Support the definition and update of Global Wholesale policies and ensure the implementation of compliant processes
- Develop and implement adequate communication packages to present derived results, recommendations and solutions and manage project dependencies
- Develop detailed plans that allow providing transparency on progress and identifying issues & risks on time and address them to relevant stakeholders to find solutions
- Implement a high standard and agile approach to project management and effective communication methodology
- Apply change management methodology to drive greater co-operation and acceptance of solutions and processes, and enable business groups to achieve understanding of changes to their work areas and their specific roles
- Drive organizational and process change management in the markets through trainings and best-practice sharing
- Create virtual project teams to deliver holistic business solutions. Manage the alignment of Commercial, Brand, Finance, HR, Operations and other key stakeholders.

- Markets: Market Sales Development, Sales Coordination, Market Digital Wholesale and Key Account teams, Sales Directors, Market Customer Service, Market CTC and MOPS

Profil

:
- Deep insight into multi-region sales processes and advanced understanding of the system landscape within adidas Group
- Broad and deep functional skills in Sales and/or Customer Service
- Proven methodological skills in project & change management
- Experience in process design, process mapping, improving process quality, process review and compliance
- Broad SAP SD knowledge, FICO a plus
- Experience in other functions, e.g. Finance, IT, Operations, Marketing is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of the adidas Group business along with significant industry experience
- Degree of commercial and business acumen knowledge
- Strong influencing skills
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills
- Creative, open-minded individual
- Flexible team player able to work in both a group and individual atmosphere
- Pragmatic approach with the ability to distinguish between the level of research needed to achieve the desired results
- Advanced analytical, planning and organizational abilities
- Fluent in written and spoken English is a must. Skills and abilities in another language are a benefit
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in business administration with focus on Sales/ Marketing preferred
- Business: minimum 5+ years
- Functional: minimum 3+ years' experience in sales, ideally in the sporting goods industry
- Project Management: minimum 3+ years
- Cross-functional experience ideally with Sales/ Customer Service/ Operations/ IT/ Finance
- Industry: sporting goods / retail / consumer goods
