This is a key internal position for a structured, passionate, and goal-oriented future leader who will drive the effectiveness and transformation of our teams developing digital solutions.
This role is responsible for driving direct-to-consumer growth by empowering highly effective, connected and informed Digital Sale Solutions and Sales Tech teams that continuously learn and win through a growth mindset to navigate our volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment to deliver on adidas' mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the delivery of Digital Sales Solutions team effectiveness and transformation initiatives and efforts, including all team culture, team engagement, team effectiveness, focus and transparency, and learning activities.
- Execute team effectiveness and transformation strategy and vision, translate into clear plans and actions, and manage timely execution in close alignment with the Director Team Effectiveness & Transformation and the Digital Sales Solutions leadership team.
- Collaborate closely with Digital Sales Solutions and Sales Tech product teams and leadership team across the globe, to ensure high effectiveness, a strong team culture with high engagement, providing focus and transparency and to create a learning organisation
- Provide transparency of the execution status of all Digital Sales Solutions team effectiveness and transformation initiatives for senior management.
- Work in cross-functional teams, support decision making and be pragmatic about managing different expectations.
- Maintain expertise in the area of transformation, team culture, change management, learning and agile ways of working through networking with partners, and keeping a pulse check of internal adidas initiatives.

- Very good "visual eye" (2D and 3D)
- Proven track record in event planning - physically and virtually
- Very good Microsoft Office 365 skills, especially PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint Online
- Good Adobe Photoshop skills
- Adobe Premiere or similar video editing skills a plus
- Experienced with digital solutions teams a plus
- Knowledge of retail and DTC business a plus


- Degree with focus on Communication, Business Administration, or related areas or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6+ years in Transformation role or similar
- Cross-functional experience in a corporate environment
- Experience in working with external consultants
- PROSCI certified change manager is a plus
