  • Collaborate with the Creative Director, Content Creators and Business Unit in the conception and development of high production communications
  • Lead the ideation, concepting, design, visualization of creative marketing concepts
  • Work across all marketing channels to execute ideas that deliver on creative directions developed by the Creative Services Team - PR, Social, Paid Media, Ecommerce
  • Be a leading voice in both Creative Services Team and cross-channel brainstorming sessions
  • Work with the Creative Director and senior management in the business unit to develop briefs for campaigns and other communications initiatives
  • Lead creative productions by identifying, hiring and briefing external partners - photographers, illustrators, animators, producers, content creators
  • Work with internal producers to plan and execute photoshoots and other types of productions
  • Oversee the development of creative guidelines to aid in regional execution of global concepts, as well as the post-production asset selection and retouching process
  • Act as a senior leader within the Creative Services Team, while supporting and developing junior members of the Creative Services Team
  • This position is limited to 12 months.


  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and/or relevant field of education/study

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience required

  • Culturally connected and passionate with a genuine knowledge and passion for arts/culture, sports, streetwear/fashion

  • Digitally focused, with versatile creative suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat on Mac ) to be able to create proof of concepts, moving imagery such as gifs and video content

  • Thorough understanding of creative process as well as interactive, digital design and video storytelling

  • Exceptional ability to see projects through all phases of implementation including concept ideation, design development, pre- and post- production

  • Exceptional presentation skills and proven ability to effectively work with senior management to brainstorm, design and strategize the fulfillment of marketing executions

  • Extensive experience directing and overseeing both studio and location photo shoots under aggressive, time-sensitive conditions

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to function autonomously and in a cooperative, diverse group

  • Leadership capabilities, including ability to manage, motivate and mentor others within work group

  • Experience in the footwear, athletic/apparel industry a plus.
