Your Talent
- Contribute to a superior customer experience and increase our conversion rate by delivering logistical services that meet the expectations of our European e-commerce customers regarding speed and quality.
- Create and maintain regular warehouse performance reporting and prepare summaries for your manager and the team for alignments with external and internal stakeholders.
- Manage daily operational issues in close alignment with the team and partners to solve issues quickly and ensure timely delivery to our customers at any time.
- Handle clearing cases for outbound and returns directly with the warehouse and support in identifying improvement potential for all relevant processes.
- Create and maintain regular reporting on operational performance against the specific service level agreements of our Marketplaces such as Zalando and Amazon and support creating necessary action plans to comply with the requirements.
- Support or run own little projects such as the integration of new countries, marketplaces or services.
- Support handling of 3rd level Customer Service inquiries with delivering necessary information on fulfillment related topics.
- Handle customer delivery claims and detect opportunities to improve overall process efficiency for claim handling.
- Support the capacity planning process by creating and maintaining regular and ad-hoc forecasts for internal and external parties.
- Prepare and support internal decision making by creating ad-hoc analysis and reports on various topics in our area of responsibility.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis and help to identify future trends and improvement potential in our delivery services landscape.
- Gain experience and get an expert in eCom fulfillment and prepare yourself to grow together with our ambitious eCom team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or similar field
- Ideally first work-experience through internships or apprenticeship
- Hands-on mentality and the willingness to dive deep into complex and challenging topics.
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work independently on assigned tasks with little guidance as well as accept direction on given assignments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Microsoft Excel is essential
- Fluent in English and German is a must
