The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for growing and optimizing digital marketing and customer acquisition programs to drive new subscriber growth, with a strong focus on Google's advertising ecosystem. You will be directly responsible for overseeing all paid campaigns across Google Ads, including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube, as well as ensuring proper tracking and attribution through GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including our in-house Creative department and external vendors, to ensure effective campaign execution and performance optimization.
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven individual with hands-on experience in SEM, SEO, and Google's suite of analytics tools. Our goal is to maximize customer acquisition while maintaining efficiency targets. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces challenges, and is always looking for ways to optimize and scale campaigns. You must be able to balance execution with strategic thinking and work in a collaborative yet autonomous capacity.
This position will report to the Director of Paid Media.

What you will do:
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across all Google platforms, including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for Google Ads that aligns with overall business objectives and efficiency targets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and scale.
- Work closely with analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking and measurement of campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the creative team to test and refine ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging for maximum performance.
- Implement and oversee A/B testing initiatives to optimize ad copy, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and landing page experiences.
- Stay up to date with the latest Google Ads features, algorithm updates, and industry trends to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Partner with SEO specialists to align paid and organic search strategies for holistic growth.
- Work with external agencies and vendors to enhance campaign execution and explore new opportunities.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance to senior stakeholders.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads and SEM.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns to drive customer acquisition.
- Expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools for performance tracking and attribution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with bid management strategies, audience segmentation, and automation within Google Ads.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they intersect with paid media.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data in an understandable way.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
