BOUTIQUE BASED - MUNICH
About:
- French lingerie and swimwear brand combines design and innovative technique

- Established more than fifty years ago displaying unique style and know-how
- Create a personalised and friendly in-store experience for clients
- Monitor the order lifecycle of customer orders. Communicate with our customers of any stock, payment, delivery queries
- Work with colleagues within e-commerce, retail and CRM in the management of all customer online shopping journeys
- Drive personal KPIs and increase sales opportunities
- Exhibit a strong passion for sales with a proven track record of reaching and exceeding targets
- Have a deep understanding of clienteling and the skillset to build solid relationship through SMS, email, phone
- 1+ year of retail sales assistant experience is required
- Fluent in English and German language
- Basic Salary up to €39K per annum based on experience
- Monthly and yearly bonus up to 20%
