Your mission:

Lead the Moët Hennessy brands to the very top within a luxury and premium store environment in relevant off-trade sales channels (e.g. specialists, department stores, supermarkets, cash & carry markets). Establish listings, expand distribution, increase awareness and develop the customers business for MH brands within the assigned sales area in close cooperation with the key account management team. Implement in-store merchandising and special placements as well as brand activations to be top of mind to consumer/shopper target groups.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage all customer-related topics and services to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives in line with customer development plans
  • Develop turnover and profits within assigned customer responsibility area
  • Identify new consumer touchpoints and explore & gain new customer outlets in your sales area
  • Execute visual merchandising programs according to brand guidelines, manage all promotional events in-store
  • Organize and conduct education trainings for customers and consumers
  • Negotiate and ensure best-in-class first and second placements as well as cross-merchandising and cross-category placements in stores
  • Strongly collaborate and efficiently communicate with internal and external interfaces
  • Best and efficient use of given sales & marketing support tools
  • Ensure right stock availability in right stores at right time and place


  • Bachelor Degree level education / Business Administration or related, emphasis for sales
Professional experience & know how:

  • 4-5 years of experience in Off Trade Field Sales, ideally within the Wines & Spirits industry
  • FMCG Background, preferable with Premium Brands
  • Luxury Affinity & Interest in Wines & Spirits
  • Deep market / product / outlet knowledge
  • Good knowledge of regional market structure and high image accounts across channels
  • WSET level 2+ recommended

  • Germany & English fluent written & spoken
  • French preferable, any other language considered as a plus
Other skills & requirements:

  • Strong customer orientation with good tasting, training & presentation capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal competencies to build relationships
  • High pro-activity level, good planning and organizational skills
  • Capabilities in communication and negotiations
  • Driving license
  • Result-oriented team-player
  • Living in the region Lower Saxony/Münsterland
