Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
Closely partner with Labor Relations and HR BP and functional Experts to build up a trustful and effective relationship with local Works Council. Lead or co-lead WoCo negotiations on selected critical and urgent topics to ensure programs and initiatives can be implemented successfully
Consult and coach local HR Community on process and business requirements especially in regards to transformations and re-organizations
Translate global HR Initiatives and Products into location wide practices to ensure a consistent and legally compliant employee experience
Utilize the strengths of the HQ location to create a sense of community for the HR teams as well as for the complete site


- Extensive experience of working collaboratively across teams and functions, both inside and outside of HR
- Excellent convincing and influencing skills. Deals effectively with difficult situations, negotiates persuasively, has a clear opinion and conveys ideas to the point. Initiates and develops important relationships based on trust and credibility
- Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to liaise across all levels of seniority and functions to form trusted relationships.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree, preferably in business administration
- Minimum 10-13 years of progressive functional Human Resources experience in a multinational matrix organization
- Minimum 10 years of experience in negotiation with collective bodies
- Proven experience in a cross-functional and international environment with a track record of achieving significant impact in an environment with conflicting targets
- Fluent in German as well as in English is a must
