Stellenbeschreibung

You'll Do 
  • You identify new opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
  • Acquire new strategic retail partners and negotiate the terms
  • Drive new revenue growth across all new and existing retail partners
  • Engage with strategic brand partners to drive commercial growth, notably with senior leadership teams both internally and externally
  • Onboard new retail partners
  • Work cross functionally with supply chain and marketing teams to support growth opportunities with brand partners

Profil

You are 
  • 5+ years of experience in business development
  • Skin care/ beauty industry experience is required
  • Strong experience in nurturing and developing key customer accounts
  • Fantastic negotiation skills
  • Analytical thinking with excellent cross-functional communication
  • Result oriented and sales-driven mindset coupled with good data reporting skills
  • Ability to multitask against competing priorities and thrive in a high growth and start-up environment
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Our working language is English. German is a plus
  • Open-minded and culturally sensitive
  • Team worker and positive soul
