Deliver the adidas message to the consumer through owned and paid social, creating engaging content and advertising experiences which drive conversation both one to one and at scale, and connecting them to adidas' wider digital world adidas.com and the adidas app.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy: Guide and support the digital publishing strategy across owned and paid social according to the global brand and category calendars. Ensure best in class consumer journeys by connecting social media experiences to adidas digital platforms
- Category leadership: Lead Germany Publishing cross-functional and cross-category approach to execution in Sports Performance and Style.
- Creative & content leadership: Drive the creative direction for Digital Publishing. Plan and coordinate content production to support the local brand and category calendars. Manage social platform and other external partners to realize the local digital publishing strategy, and brand and category calendars. Coordinate and manage adidas' social communities and work with Customer Service to ensure the best possible consumer experience and moderation on any social media touch point
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and stakeholders (Brand communications categories, PR, key city, eCommerce, Membership, BUs, Sports Marketing, EIM) to support wider business goals.
- Lead Digital Publishing team's collaboration with category comms leads, partner publishing lead and team analyst and champion data-driven decision making.
- Align end to end campaign planning, target setting, optimization, and execution across social media in partnership with internal teams such as MAT, DAT & eCommerce to achieve business goals
- Work with media agency and comms responsibles to deliver best-in-class media planning and execution and ensure that all campaigns and content are fully tagged and tracked to support measurement
- Work with Europe Newsroom and the local Comms team on strategic and tactical implementation of media plans to maximise impact.

- Management: Manage and develop Digital Publishing Manager
- Education and Training: Create opportunities to educate those around you to raise the level of knowledge and understanding of digital publishing and its potential. Identify platform trends and consumer behavior and feed the insight back into digital publishing output and the wider team
- Achieve on target, on time, in full and results within budget

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Retail, Digital or a related field
- 8+ years' industry and / or relevant work experience
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills
