Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

Within HR Services, manage the analysis, preparation and execution of global HR system implementations and enhancements throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage global HR system implementations and enhancements, in alignment with Global IT
  • Manage and continuously improve global HR system requirements gathering, testing activities, business sign-off and quality assurance procedures and standards
  • Analyze HR system change and enhancement requests globally
  • Manage global HR system requirements gathering, testing activities, business sign-off, and quality assurance procedures
  • Manage and drive implementation of global releases and change requests for HR systems, in alignment with Global IT
  • Validate that HR system implementations and enhancements are compliant with global data model and maintenance guidelines, as well as with data privacy regulations
  • Validate that new HR system solutions and data feeds do not interfere nor have negative impact on other processes and tools globally
  • Integrate new HR system solutions into global HR system support model and change management procedures
  • Actively participate in regular feedback sessions, information and knowledge exchange within global HR systems network, as well as with external parties
  • Maintain sound business relationships between Shared Services, HR Partners, HR Experts, and Global IT

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • High level of affinity to and experience with Business computing solutions, ideally with ServiceNow, SAP HCM and SuccessFactors

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University Degree or Equivalent (MBA, Diploma, BA, etc.)
  • 8+ years of work experience within the field of HR systems, ideally within an international matrix organization
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications
