Stellenbeschreibung

Secure and continue to improve profitable and sustainable sales for adidas, increase and gain market share as well as secure brand presence with defined clients and customer base considering the brand image of adidas
Key Responsibilities
- Sell-in with all assigned customers and agreement of sell-out support with defined customers. Documentation of measures through account marketing plans.
- Internal representation of the assigned customer(s) as "ambassador" for all topics and vice versa, as well as coordination with all interfaces
- Support of (Senior) Directors Sales in overarching strategic projects
- Development and implementation of customer strategies, documented in the Strategic Account Plan (STAP)
- Plan, prepare and accompany events; Training
- Implementation of all other FEX measures (C&R segmentation, store audit, customer mapping, customer satisfaction survey, etc.)
- Negotiation and enforcement in implementation of adidas guidelines in the customer base
- Developing and maintaining personal relationships - internally and externally
- Evaluation and regular analysis of customer developments (KPIs)
- Reporting to all superiors in accordance with the reporting guidelines
- Responsibility for and advancement of the monthly sales forecast process (to determine sales forecasts) in coordination with the business planning process of the cluster
- Ensuring effective cost control for the corresponding cost centers
- Control and reporting on the activities of customers and competitors as well as suggesting / taking / implementing appropriate measures
- Creation of realistic plans and forecasts of customer performance

Requisite Education and Experience/Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in business administration / sports economics with a focus on marketing / sales
- 6-8 years of professional experience in sales, ideally field sales force, KAM
- Industry: ideally in the area of clothing / shoes / fashion or FMCG
