Stellenbeschreibung

  • Responsible for being the global PR Lead for the Sportstyle business unit
  • Responsible for ideating, developing and executing seasonal communications strategies for global key initiatives within the global earned media landscape
  • Engage with and proactively pitch strategic media (digital, social, print) within consumer, lifestyle, culture, sneaker, fashion, and business media segmentations, as well as cultivate new relationships
  • Manage the creation of media toolkits including press collateral, press releases, messaging and media presentations
  • Maintain quality and consistency across all communications
  • Work with PUMA spokespeople to prepare briefing materials and organize media interviews
  • Work closely with the global and regional marketing teams to communicate media strategy per key initiative
  • Own updating of global communications calendar
  • Act as a PUMA representative at events
  • Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders from global marketing to product and global communications counterparts to align messaging and seasonal priorities
  • Develop monthly reports for the Global PR Monthly Report and internal stakeholders
  • Own seeding to key media and influencers.

Profil

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus (but not essential)

  • Minimum 5+ years professional experience in communications roles requiring exceptional written and verbal communication

  • Proven experience developing proactive, compelling, and creative communications plans and materials

  • Knowledge of print, digital and broadcast media with a deep understanding of the evolving digital media and content creators landscapes

  • Strong base of media contacts and relationships with top-tier consumer, fashion and lifestyle media with a proven record of delivering high-impact results

  • Passion, experience and familiarity with lifestyle, streetwear, fashion and consumer goods space

  • Should have an international/global mindset

  • Must be highly collaborative and have the ability to work within a cross-functional team, matrixed global organization

  • Position is based in Herzogenaurach, Germany.
