Stellenbeschreibung

Create a world class shopping experience on puma.com, by optimizing user journeys, website designs and ensuring every interaction is easy, elevates the Puma brand. Drive sales by taking action on improving the conversion funnel.

  • Own together with the UX & CRO Europe team the user experience and the Europe ecommerce improvement roadmap
  • Create and manage our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) process including
  • Be the subject-matter expert with regards to Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) within the E-Commerce organization by being up-to-date with industry & competitor best practices, market developments & the right (testing) tools
  • Responsible for setting up CRO JIRA boards and managing A/B testing backlog, design, development and timelines with an external agency
  • Responsible for creating and updating the CRO development roadmap for successful tests in coordination with other E-Commerce teams and key stakeholders
  • Create a strong collaborative relationship with global ecom teams, aligning on roadmaps and sharing results
  • Own UI design roadmap in your category and manage external design agency
  • Define design problems based on key stakeholder input
  • Create design concepts and initial solutions (e.g. sketches, wireframes)
  • Test, validate and refine design concepts and prototypes with key stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Platform Manager to ensure improvements are prioritized for development and communicate timelines to the rest of the team
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies and developers to get the successful designs live on the website
  • Manage user research and testing, reports and benchmarking studies in order to take insights and turn them into actionable improvements
  • Communicate & collaborate continuously with Insights & Analytics and Customer Service to share knowledge and provide actionable insights to the wider E-Commerce team
  • Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services by external content providers and agencies, consultants and partners
  • Use existing tools (and propose new tools where appropriate) to analyse user behaviour and identify opportunities to optimize
  • Work with puma.com data and global ecom, marketing and trading teams to define user personas and groups and use those groups as a basis for testing and optimizing key journeys
  • Support on invoicing and budgeting (agency & tools)

Profil

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or similar field

  • 2-3 years of experience in project, platform, or integration management with agile development teams ideally in eCommerce

  • Experience in working with eCommerce platforms like Salesforce, Shopify, Magento, or others

  • Experience using task management and collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence or similar

  • Profound analytical skills and ability to understand and work with technical details and specifications

  • Fluent in English. German is a plus.
