    We are currently seeking a Store Operations Specialist who will report to the Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in Munich. Your opportunity As a Store Operations Specialist, you support the Store Management in ensuring smooth and efficient store operations. Your responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, maintaining an organized warehouse, and ensuring accurate inventory management. You collaborate closely with the Front of House (FOH) and Corporate Retail Operations teams to continuously improve the customer experience. How you will contribute Ensuring merchandise and supply deliveries are accurate, verifying all quantities shipped/received match corresponding documentation for all incoming/outgoing shipmentsProvide support to management and sales staff through quick, accurate stock checks and upon request, provide quick delivery to sales floorMaintain stock room standards through organization of merchandise by style, color and size or as directed by Store Management/Operations DepartmentExecute routine cycle counts and resolve/inform management of any identified inventory discrepanciesMaintain organized shipping area ensuring all outgoing merchandise is properly packaged and logged following all policies and proceduresMaximize all available stock space to ensure merchandise can be easily accessed by all employees and allow the store to function at maximum efficiencyEnsure timely communication with management and sales team in regard to new arrivals, product replenishment and client returnsRe-stock appropriate levels of packaging supplies within the boutiqueAid in training new hires on all policy and procedures related to shipping and receivingComplete tasks and projects as assigned by Store ManagementWho you are 3+ years of operational experience in a complex retail stockroom, or within luxury retail, experience with international/domestic freight (e.g. FedEx/UPS) is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Processing), JDA, SAP, RFID etc.Ability to react quickly on your feet in a fast-paced environmentA strong communicator with proven ability to interact regularly with internal and external individualsAbility to lift and move bulk merchandiseProven ability to drive resultsExcellent organizational skillsCommercial awareness and strong business acumenStrong communication skillsFluency in English and German is required; other languages are an advantageWhy work with us?
