What are your responsibilities?
Customer Service:
- Support operational processes and procedures that minimize shrinkage and increase profitability.
- Provide high-quality, five-star customer service.
- Initiate sales promotions such as offering additional items and assisting our customers in their purchasing decisions.
- Become familiar with all aspects and responsibilities, including customer service, company history, product knowledge, and operational processes.
- Stay informed about current trends and the brand's market position.
Product and POS Management:
- Apply quality standards, procedures, and established policies in the store (sales, product replenishment, etc.)
- Ensure correct pricing and security devices for all items.
- Ensure efficient, accurate, and timely inventory control.
- Apply your excellent knowledge of the POS system;
- Carry out order management, warehouse management, inventory management, returns, restocking, etc., in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Ensure cleanliness and order in all areas of the store.
- Monitor for potential theft and report incidents to your supervisor.
- Adhere to the guidelines of the Visual Merchandising department.
Your qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of retail experience, passion for fashion and denim;
- Customer experience, positive attitude towards customer service, and a high standard of customer focus.
- Friendly, reliable, and trustworthy demeanor and a well-groomed appearance
- Good numeracy and verbal communication skills in German
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Intermediate to advanced English skills
- Flexibility regarding work shifts on weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime if necessary
